📋 Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EliteVault LLC ("EliteVault," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page.
🛍️ Ordering & Reservation
How Orders Work
EliteVault operates on a reserve-now, pay-on-delivery model. Placing a reservation through our website or by telephone does not constitute a binding purchase contract — it is an invitation to have the item delivered for inspection.
- You provide your name, delivery address, and contact details to reserve an item
- No payment, deposit, or credit card details are required at reservation
- We confirm availability and contact you within 24 hours to arrange delivery
- Items are held for confirmed reservations for up to 48 hours
Order Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed when you receive written or verbal confirmation from an EliteVault specialist. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, or concerns about the reservation.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are accurate as of the date of publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at reservation will be the price honoured for your delivery, subject to any changes communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.
💳 Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash (USD or CAD) — paid to our delivery specialist at the time of delivery
- Personal check — made payable to "EliteVault LLC," presented to our delivery specialist
- Certified/bank check — accepted for orders over $10,000
Right to Refuse
You have the complete right to refuse acceptance of any item at delivery. If you decline the item, you owe nothing whatsoever — no cancellation fee, no restocking fee, no delivery charge. Our specialist will arrange return transport at our expense.
Payment Upon Acceptance
Payment is due and must be provided at the time you accept the item from our delivery specialist. Post-delivery invoicing is not available. Once payment is accepted and the specialist departs, the sale is complete subject to our 30-day return policy.
🏆 Product Authenticity
Every item sold by EliteVault is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity appropriate to its category. We represent that all items are as described to the best of our knowledge and in accordance with the supporting documentation provided.
- Watches — manufacturer papers, serial number verification, box and accessories as stated
- Jewelry — independent laboratory grading reports (GIA, AGL, GRS, or Gübelin)
- Vehicles — matching numbers verification, restoration records, provenance documentation
- Spirits — seal integrity verification, label and lot number confirmation
- Caviar — source fishery batch documentation, CITES compliance certificates
You are strongly encouraged to have your own independent expert (jeweler, watchmaker, mechanic, gemologist) inspect the item before making payment. We welcome independent inspection and will accommodate third-party verification arrangements.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EliteVault's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the price paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.
EliteVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
Force Majeure
EliteVault shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather events.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
⚖️ Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York, USA.
