Every delivery is fully insured, professionally handled, and attended by an EliteVault specialist. We do not use standard courier services for luxury items.

EliteVault provides white-glove delivery service to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and all Canadian provinces and territories. Every shipment is insured for its full value throughout transit and is accompanied by a trained EliteVault delivery specialist.

There are no shipping charges to our clients. All delivery costs are included in the item price.

🛡 Insurance & Protection

In-Transit Insurance

Every item is insured for its full declared value from the moment it leaves our facility until it is either accepted or refused at delivery. Insurance is included at no additional cost to you.

Caviar & Perishables

Perishable items are packed in pharmaceutical-grade insulated packaging with gel coolant maintaining 32–38°F (0–3°C). A temperature log accompanies every caviar delivery. If the item arrives above 40°F, refuse the delivery — you owe nothing and we will reship.

Vehicles

All vehicles travel on fully enclosed, single-car transport trailers. A condition report is completed both before dispatch and upon delivery. Vehicles are secured with soft-tie systems to prevent any contact damage in transit.

High-Value Items (Watches & Jewelry)

Items valued above $10,000 travel with a dedicated specialist, not via standard courier. Delivery is scheduled at a specific date and time window confirmed with you in advance. Signature confirmation is required.

📍 Delivery Requirements

Recipient Availability

An adult (18+) must be present to receive the delivery and have the opportunity to inspect the item. We cannot leave items unattended. If no one is available at the scheduled time, we will contact you to reschedule — one reschedule is included at no charge.

Spirits Delivery — Age Verification

Spirits deliveries require the recipient to present valid government-issued photo ID confirming legal drinking age (21+ in the USA; 19+ in Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba, Canada; 18+ in Quebec). If no eligible adult is present, the delivery will be rescheduled.

Restricted Areas

Delivery is available throughout the USA and Canada. Some remote locations may require additional lead time. Spirits deliveries are subject to applicable state and provincial alcohol delivery laws — eligibility will be confirmed when you place your reservation.

International

At this time, we deliver exclusively within the United States and Canada. We do not ship internationally.
