Eligibility
If you have accepted an item and made payment, you may return it within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unaltered condition
- All original certificates, documentation, and accessories are included
- The item has not been worn, used, driven, consumed, or opened (depending on category)
- The item is returned in its original packaging where applicable
- You have contacted us within the 30-day window to initiate the return

- We will arrange collection at a time convenient for you β at our cost
- Our specialist will inspect the item on collection
- Once approved, your refund will be issued within 5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued by check made payable to you, mailed to your delivery address. Since we do not process digital payments, we cannot refund to a card or bank account. Certified check or money order is available upon request for amounts over $10,000.

The following items are not eligible for return after acceptance and payment:

π¦ Damaged on Delivery
All items are fully insured during transit. If your item arrives damaged:
- Refuse the delivery β document the damage with photos before our specialist departs

- We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or full refund
- You will never be charged for a damaged item
For high-value items (vehicles, rare watches, fine jewelry), a condition report is completed by our specialist both before dispatch and on delivery.
